# The Seed Marketing (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and application


(1) The title of these Regulations is the Seed Marketing (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and they come into force on 11 January 2017.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
