# The Seed Marketing (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Regulation 3: Regulation 16 (packaging and sealing)


In regulation 16, for paragraph (3) substitute—
“(3) A package must be sealed by or under the supervision of a licensed seed sampler using an official seal.”
