# The Seed Marketing (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2016, Regulation 4: Regulation 24 (sampling for enforcement purposes)


In regulation 24, after paragraph (2) insert—
“(3) The two parts of the sample sent to an official testing station must be retained for at least two years.”
