  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Seed Potatoes Regulations 1991. They modify the tolerances for tobacco veinal necrosis virus infection in crops inspected with a view to classification as basic seed potatoes. The infection will no longer be separately identified and the tolerances for such infection will be determined by symptom expression (regulation 2(3)). They also correct a drafting error in regulation 13 of the 1991 Regulations.",
