Regulation 2 Amendment of the Seed Potatoes Regulations 1991

For paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to the Seed Potatoes Regulations 1991f1 there shall be substituted the following paragraph:–

(1)

An official label shall measure not less than 110mm x 67mm and, subject to sub-paragraph (2) below, shall have printed on it the words–

  • “EC Rules and Standards”.

(2)

Official labels printed prior to 1st July 1997 with the abbreviation “EEC” instead of “EC” may be used until 31 December 2001.”.
