# The Seed Potatoes (England) Regulations 2015, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application

Extent: E+W

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Seed Potatoes (England) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 1st January 2016.
(2) They apply to England only.
(3) They do not apply to seed potatoes intended for export from England to any country outside Great Britain.
