  "heading": "Marketing in the protected region",
  "text": "(1) No person may market any seed potatoes within the protected region other than—\n(a) pre-basic seed potatoes;\n(b) for seed potato production, basic seed potatoes, the grade for which fulfil the conditions for—\n(i) “Union grade S , for Northern Ireland,” as set out in points 1(a)(ii) to (v) and 1(b)(i) to (iv) of Annex I to Directive 2014/20/EU; ...\n(ii) “Union grade SE , Northern Ireland,” as set out in points 2(a)(ii) to (v) and 2(b)(i) to (iv) of Annex I to Directive 2014/20/EU;\n(iii) “GB grade S” or “GB grade SE” as set out in—\n(aa) for England, Part 2 of Schedule 4;\n(bb) for elsewhere in Great Britain, the relevant seed potatoes regulations; or\n(cc) for a Crown Dependency or a country granted equivalence, legislation recognised by the Secretary of State as having equivalent effect to Part 2 of Schedule 4.\n(c) for potato production, basic seed potatoes, the grade for which fulfil the conditions for—\n(i) “Union grade S , for Northern Ireland,” as set out in points 1(a)(ii) to (v) and points 1(b)(i) to (iv) of Annex I to Directive 2014/20/EU;\n(ii) “Union grade SE , for Northern Ireland,” as set out in points 2(a)(ii) to (v) and points 2(b)(i) to (iv) of Annex I to Directive 2014/20/EU; or\n(iii) “Union grade E , for Northern Ireland,” as set out in points 3(a)(ii) to (v) and points 3(b)(i) to (iv) of Annex I to Directive 2014/20/EU.\n(iv) “GB grade S”, “GB grade SE” or “GB grade E” as set out in—\n(aa) for England, Part 2 of Schedule 4;\n(bb) for elsewhere in Great Britain, the relevant seed potatoes regulations; or\n(cc) for a Crown Dependency or a country granted equivalence, legislation recognised by the Secretary of State as having equivalent effect to Part 2 of Schedule 4.",
