  "text": "Where the field generation is not indicated on the official label, seed potatoes are deemed to belong to—\n(a) in the case of pre-basic seed potatoes, the fourth generation;\n(b) in the case of basic seed potatoes—\n(i) of GB grade S, the fifth generation;\n(ii) of GB grade SE, the sixth generation;\n(iii) of GB grade E, the seventh generation;\n(c) in the case of certified seed potatoes of Union grade A or Union grade B, the ninth generation.",
