  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Seed Potatoes (Fees) Regulations 1990. They prescribe increased fees in respect of certain matters arising under the Seed Potatoes Regulations 1984 (S.I. 1984/412 amended by S.I. 1987/547, 1988/1759) (regulation 2).\nThe matters in respect of which the revised fees are prescribed are listed in the Schedule to these Regulations, and the fees which were chargeable before these Regulations came into force are printed in parentheses beside the revised fees.",
