# The Seed Potatoes (Fees) Regulations 1990, Regulation 3: Fees


There shall be paid in advance, in respect of the matters referred to in the first column of the Schedule hereto arising under the Seed Potatoes Regulations 1984, the fees respectively specified in the second column of the said Schedule opposite the references to those matters.
