# The Seed Potatoes (Fees) Regulations 1998, Regulation 3: Fees


If an application for the classification of a crop of seed potatoes is withdrawn before the arrival of an inspector for the purpose of inspecting the crop for the first time there shall be paid to the Minister a fee of £15.
