# The Seed Potatoes (Levy) (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order provides for the revocation of certain Orders which provided for the payment of a levy to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development by persons engaged by way of business in the production and marketing of seed potatoes.
