# The Seed Potatoes Regulations 1991, Regulation 10: Packages and containers for seed potatoes


Subject to regulations 16 and 21, no person shall deliver or cause to be delivered any lot of seed potatoes otherwise than in packages or containers in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
