# The Seed Potatoes Regulations 1991, Regulation 3: Revocations and saving


(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the Seed Potatoes Regulations 1984, the Seed Potatoes (Amendment) Regulations 1987 and the Seed Potatoes (Amendment) Regulations 1988 are hereby revoked.
(2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1), Part III of Schedule 1 to the Seed Potatoes Regulations 1984 shall apply to seed potato crops grown in 1991.
