# The Seed Potatoes Regulations 1991, Regulation 4: Potatoes to which the Regulations apply


(1) Subject to paragraph (2), these Regulations apply to seed potato crops grown in 1991 and subsequent seasons.
(2) Part III of Schedule 1 to these Regulations shall not apply to seed potatoes grown in 1991.
