# The Seed Potatoes Regulations 1991, Paragraph 9


For the purposes of this Schedule and Schedule 3 any reference to tolerance in relation to potatoes comprised in a sample shall be construed as a reference to the proportion of the number of plants of potatoes so affected to the total number of plants in the sample expressed as a percentage.
