# The Seed Potatoes (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007, Regulation 4: Amendment of regulation 4 (classification of seed potatoes)


In regulation 4(1) (classification of seed potatoes)–
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (a), omit “or”; and
(b) after sub-paragraph (b) insert–
“; or
(c) test and trial seed potatoes.”.
