# The Seed Potatoes (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007, Regulation 5: Amendment of regulation 8 (marketing of seed potatoes)


In regulation 8(1) (marketing of seed potatoes)–
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (a), omit “or”;
(b) after sub-paragraph (b) insert–
“; or
(c) test and trial seed potatoes.”.
