# The Seed Potatoes (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007, Regulation 7: Amendment of regulation 9 (labelling of seed potatoes)


In regulation 9(1) (labelling of seed potatoes)–
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (b), omit “and” and insert–
“(ba) in the case of test and trial seed potatoes, the official label meeting the requirements set out in Schedule 6, paragraph 2A; and”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (c) omit “either” and insert “each”.
