  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Seed Potatoes (Scotland) Regulations 2000.\n(2) These Regulations, except regulation 6, shall come into force on 7 July 2000.\n(3) Regulation 6 shall come into force on 1 April 2001.\n(4) These Regulations extend to Scotland only,",
