# The Seed Potatoes (Scotland) Regulations 2000, Paragraph 3: Basic seed potatoes


The size stated in accordance with paragraphs 1(2)(c) and 2(2)(c) must, in the case of sizes over 35 mm, be stated in multiples of 5 mm.
