# The Seed Potatoes (Scotland) Regulations 2015, Paragraph 2: GB grade PBTC


(1) This paragraph applies to seed potatoes produced in Scotland where the applicable GB grade deternined under regulation 8(2)(a) is GB grade PBTC.
(2) In the case of seed potatoes to which this paragraph applies, there must be no deviation from variety.
