  "text": "(1) The Seed Potatoes (Wales) Regulations 2006 are amended as follows.\n(2) In Schedule 3, in Group IV of Part II and in Group IV of Part III—\n(a) in the first column, under “Common Scab (Streptomyces species)” for “one-quarter” substitute “one-third”; and\n(b) in the second column, replace the figure opposite “Common Scab (Streptomyces species)” with “5.0%”.",
