  "text": "(1) The Seed Potatoes (Wales) Regulations 2016 are amended as follows.\n(2) In Regulation 3 (interpretation: European instruments) for the definition of “the Directive” substitute—\n““the Directive” (“ y Gyfarwyddeb ”) means Council Directive 2002/56/EC on the marketing of seed potatoes;”.\n(3) In Part 1 of Schedule 2 (official labels and official documents), after paragraph 7(b)(i), insert—\n“(ia) an officially assigned serial number;”.",
