# The Seed Potatoes (Wales) Regulations 2016, Regulation 20: Keeping of records


(1) A person who produces seed potatoes which are intended for marketing must retain for a period of not less than two years records of purchase of the seed potatoes from which those seed potatoes were produced and particulars of the crops grown.
(2) A person who markets seed potatoes must retain for a period of not less than two years a record of the marketing of such seed potatoes.
