  "text": "An official label for basic seed potatoes or certified seed potatoes must—\n(a) contain the statement “GB Rules and Standards”; and\n(b) in relation to the seed potatoes to which it relates, state the following particulars—\n(i) the Certification Authority and country or their distinguishing abbreviations;\n(ia) an officially assigned serial number;\n(ii) the producer’s identification number or a lot reference number;\n(iii) the month and year of sealing;\n(iv) the variety, indicated at least in Roman characters;\n(v) the country of production;\n(vi) the category;\n(vii) the grade;\n(viii) the size; and\n(ix) the net weight.",
