# Seeds Act (Northern Ireland) 1965, Section 3: Offences connected with seeds regulations.


(1) If any person—
(a) includes in a statutory statement anything which is false in a material particular, or
(b) contravenes any provision contained in seeds regulations [ he shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale].
