# The Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 1999, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations, which apply only to England, amend the Seeds (Fees) Regulations 1985 (as amended). The amendment provides for fees to be charged for examinations for crop inspectors and seed samplers (regulation 2).
