# The Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2002, Regulation 1: Title, extent and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2002, shall extend to England and shall come into force on 23rd July 2002.
