Initial fees\nInitial fee per half-hectare or part thereof for crops intended to produce:—\nOn application for registration\n(i) pre-basic or basic seed\n12.10\n(11.75)\n(ii) certified seed of turnip rape, swede rape, brown mustard, black mustard, white mustard and sunflower\n5.30\n(4.95)\n(iii) certified seed of the first and second generation of soya bean, flax and linseed, or certified seed of the third generation of flax\n5.30\n(4.95)\nB. Crop inspection fees\nFee for official examination or re-examination of crops, per half-hectare or part thereof examined\nOn application\n3.90\n(3.70)\nC. Seed lot fee\nFee for the issue of an official certificate in respect of a seed lot entered as:—\nOn application\n(i) breeder’s seed\n16.75\n(15.95)\n(ii) pre-basic or basic seed\n42.70\n(39.95)\n(iii) certified seed of turnip rape, swede rape, brown mustard, black mustard, white mustard and sunflower\n40.45\n(37.70)\n(iv) certified seed of the first and second generation of soya bean, flax and linseed, or certified seed of the third generation of flax\n40.45\n(37.70)\n(v) commercial seed of brown mustard, black mustard and white mustard\n40.45\n(37.70)\nD. Sampling fees\nFee for sampling or re-sampling of a seed lot for the purposes of an official examination, and for sampling or re-sampling imported seed intended for further multiplication\nOn application\n19.45\n(18.50)\nE.
