Initial fees\nInitial fee per half-hectare or part thereof for crops intended to produce:—\nOn application for registration\n(i) pre-basic or basic seed\n12.10\n(11.75)\n(ii) certified seed\n5.30\n(4.95)\nB. Crop inspection fees\nFee for official examination or re-examination of crops, per half-hectare or part thereof examined\nOn application\n3.90\n(3.70)\nC. Seed lot fee\nFee for the issue of an official certificate in respect of a seed lot entered as:—\nOn application\n(i) pre-basic or basic seed\n42.70\n(39.95)\n(ii) certified seed\n40.45\n(37.70)\nD. Sampling fees\nFee for sampling or re-sampling of a seed lot for the purposes of an official examination, and for sampling or re-sampling imported seed intended for further multiplication\nOn application\n19.45\n(18.50)\nE. Seed testing fees\nFee for an official examination of seed for:—\nWithin one month of demand by or on behalf of the appropriate Minister\n(i) analytical purity, germination and other seed content\n37.95\n(36.15)\n(ii) number of seedlings germinating from a cluster in monogerm and precision seeds\n23.05\n(21.95)\n(iii) moisture content\n4.10\n(3.90)\nF. Fees for additional tests\nFee for a special test to verify varietal identity\nWithin one month of demand by or on behalf of the appropriate Minister\n90.65\n(86.35)\nG.
