Regulation 2 Amendment of principal Regulations
The Seeds (Fees) Regulations 1985f1 shall be amended as follows—
(a)
regulation 4 (repayment of initial fees in certain circumstances) shall be omitted; and
(b)
for Schedules 1 to 6 there shall be substituted Schedules 1 to 6 to these Regulations.
