Initial fees\nInitial fee per hectare or part thereof for crops intended to produce:\nOn application for registration\n(i) pre-basic or basic seed\n12.00\n(4.75 to 14.10)\n(ii) certified seed of grasses, legumes (except field beans and field peas) and crucifers\n5.60\n(2.20 to 9.50)\n(iii) certified seed of the first and second generation of field beans and field peas\n5.50\n(3.10 or 6.20)\nB. Crop inspection fees\nFee for official examination or re-examination of crops intended to produce pre-basic or basic seed, per hectare or part thereof examined\nOn application\n7.80\n(3.90 or 7.80)\nC. Seed lot fee\nFee for the issue of an official certificate in respect of a seed lot entered as:—\nOn application\n(i) breeder’s seed of\n(a) grasses, legumes (except field beans and field peas) and crucifers\n20.50\n(16.75)\n(b) field beans and field peas\n39.00\n(16.75)\n(ii) pre-basic or basic seed of\n(a) grasses, legumes (except field beans and field peas) and crucifers\n40.50\n(32.30)\n(b) field beans and field peas\n39.00\n(47.10)\n(iii) certified seed of grasses, legumes (except field beans and field peas) and crucifers\n38.50\n(31.50)\n(iv) certified seed of the first and second generation of field beans and field peas\n36.00\n(43.70)\n(v) commercial seed of the kinds for the time being specified in regulation 3(3) of the Fodder Plant Seeds Regulations 1985\n38.50\n(29.50)\nD. Seed testing fees\nFee for an official examination of seed for:—\nWithin one month of demand by or on behalf of the appropriate Minister\n(i) Ascochyta fabae in:—\n(a) pre-basic and basic seed of field beans\n142.00\n(124.10)\n(b) certified seed of the first generation of field beans\n76.00\n(62.05)\n(ii) Pseudomonias syringae p.v. pisi (pea bacterial blight) in field peas\n56.00\n(50.00)",
