  "text": "“SCHEDULE 1\nMATTERS ARISING UNDER THE CEREAL SEEDS REGULATIONS 1993\nRegulation 3\n(1)\n(2)\n(3)\nMatter\nWhen payable\nFee\nNo Fee\n£\n£\nInitial fees\nA Initial fee per hectare or part
