# The Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2000, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations, which apply only to Wales, amend the Seeds (Fees) Regulations 1985 (as amended). The amendment provides for fees to be charged for examinations taken by crop inspectors and seed samplers (regulation 2).
