  "text": "At the end of Schedule 6 to the Seeds (Fees) Regulations 1985 the following wording shall be inserted —\n“\nC. Examination fees\n(i) Examination for crop inspector in respect of\ncereals,\nfield beans, field peas and pulses, or\ngrasses and herbage legumes,\n(a) examination\nBefore the examination\n142.80\n(–)\n(b) re-sit examination (other than cereals)\nBefore the examination\n142.80\n(–)\n(c) re-sit of either part of cereals examination\nBefore the examination\n71.40\n(–)\n(d) re-test\nBefore the examination\n71.40\n(–)\n(ii) Examination for crop inspector in respect of\nsugar beet, or\nFodder and oil crucifers; turnips; fodder beet and mangels; flax and linseed; soya bean,\n(a) examination\nBefore the examination\n89.25\n(–)\n(b) re-sit of examination\nBefore the examination\n89.25\n(–)\n(c) re-test\nBefore the examination\n71.40\n(–)\n(iii) Examination for seed sampler\nBefore the examination\n89.25\n(–)\n”",
