  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations, which come into force on 1st July 2007, reduce certain prescribed fees payable to the Scottish Ministers by Licensed Seed Testing Stations. The annual licence fee is reduced from £1800 to £1500 and the fee payable in respect of an official examination of seed is reduced from £9.65 to £5.25.\nNo Regulatory Impact Assessment has been prepared in respect of these Regulations.",
