  "text": "(1)\n(2)\n(3)\nMatter\nFee payable within one month of demand by or on behalf of the Scottish Ministers\nFee £\nA. Initial fees\nInitial fee per hectare or part thereof for crops intended to produce:–\n(i) pre-basic or basic seed\n27.15\n(ii) all other categories of seed\n12.95\nB. Crop inspection fee\nFee for official examination or re-examination of crops intended to produce pre-basic, basic or certified seed of the first, second or third generation per hectare or part thereof examined\n12.30\nC. Seed lot fee\nFee for the issue of an official certificate (other than in the circumstances described under E below) in respect of a seed lot entered as:–\n(i) breeders, pre-basic or basic seed\n49.30\n(ii) all other categories of seed\n49.30\nD. Seed lot re-entry fee\nFee for the issue of an official certificate in respect of a seed lot which was entered for one category and has been withdrawn and is being re-entered in any category\n34.50\nE. Sampling fees\nFee for sampling or re-sampling of a seed lot for the purposes of an official examination and for sampling or re-sampling imported seed intended for further multiplication\n30.90\nF. Seed testing fees\nFees for an official examination of seed for:–\n(i) sunflower for Botrytis spp\n41.85\n(ii) flax and linseed for:–\n(a) Alternaria spp\n(b) Phoma exiqua var. linicola\n(c) Colletotrichum lini\n(d) Fusarium spp\n(e) Botrytis spp\n34.45\n(iii) soya bean for Pseudomonas syringae pv. glycinea spp for:–\n(a) for one sub-sample test\n60.00\n(b) for five sub-sample tests\n200.00\n(iv) soya bean for Diaporthe phaselorum spp\n37.50\nG. Official label fees\nAdditional fee for the issue and printing of official labels:–\n(i) tear-resistant labels for breeders seed, pre-basic and seed for export; per seed lot\n33.00\n(ii) self adhesive labels for breeders seed, pre-basic and seed for export; per seed lot\n22.90",
