Initial fees\nInitial fee per hectare or part thereof for crops intended to produce:–\n(i) pre basic seed or basic seed of\n(a) grasses, legumes (except field beans and field peas) and crucifers\n18.50\n19.90\n(b) field beans and field peas\n16.00\n17.20\n(ii) certified seed of grasses, legumes (except field beans and field peas white lupin, narrow leaved lupin (blue lupin), yellow lupin, Hungarian vetch, common vetch, hairy vetch, and lucerne) and crucifers\n8.65\n9.30\n(iii) certified seed of the first generation and certified seed of the second generation of field beans and field peas\n7.40\n8.00\n(iv) certified seed of the first generation of white lupin, narrow leaved lupin (blue lupin), yellow lupin, Hungarian vetch, common vetch, hairy vetch and lucerne\n8.65\n9.30\nB. Crop inspection fee\n(i) Fee for the official examination or re examination of crops intended to produce pre basic seed, basic seed, certified seed, or certified seed of the first generation and certified seed of the second generation per hectare or part thereof examined\n12.30\n13.20\n(ii) Fee for the official examination or re examination of certified seed of Scots Timothy crops per hectare or part thereof examined\n5.50\n5.90\n(iii) Fee for the official examination or re examination of certified seed of the first generation and certified seed of the second generation of field beans and field peas\n12.30\n13.20\nC. Seed lot fee\nFee for the issue of an official certificate (other than in the circumstances described under D below) in respect of a seed lot entered as:–\n(i) breeder’s seed of\n(a) grasses, legumes (except field beans and field peas) and crucifers\n33.30\n35.80\n(b) field beans and field peas\n54.20\n58.30\n(ii) pre basic seed or basic seed of\n(a) grasses, legumes (except field beans and field peas) and crucifers\n62.85\n67.60\n(b) field beans and field peas\n54.20\n58.30\n(iii) certified seed of grasses, legumes (except field beans and field peas, white lupin, narrow leaved lupin (blue lupin), yellow lupin, Hungarian vetch, common vetch, hairy vetch, and lucerne) and crucifers\n62.85\n67.60\n(iv) certified seed of the first generation and certified seed of the second generation of field beans and field peas\n50.50\n54.30\n(v) certified seed of the first generation of white lupin, narrow leaved lupin (blue lupin), yellow lupin, Hungarian vetch, common vetch, hairy vetch, and lucerne\n62.85\n67.60\n(vi) commercial seed of the kinds for the time being specified in regulation 3(3) of the Fodder Plant Seeds Regulations 1993\n55.45\n59.60\nD. Seed lot re entry fee\nFee for the issue of an official certificate in respect of a seed lot which was entered for one category and has been withdrawn and is being re entered as:–\n(i) pre basic seed or basic seed of\n44.00\n47.30\n(a) grasses, legumes (except field beans and field peas) and crucifers\n(b) field beans and field peas\n37.95\n40.80\n(ii) certified seed of grasses, legumes (except field beans and field peas) white lupin, narrow-leaved lupin (blue lupin), yellow lupin, Hungarian vetch, common vetch, hairy vetch, and lucerne) and crucifers\n44.00\n47.30\n(iii) certified seed of the first generation and certified seed of the second generation of field beans and field peas\n35.35\n38.00\n(iv) certified seed of the first generation of white lupin, narrow leaved lupin (blue lupin), yellow lupin, Hungarian vetch, common vetch, hairy vetch, and lucerne.\n44.00\n47.30\n(v) commercial seed of the kinds for the time being specified in regulation 3(3) of the Fodder Plant Seeds Regulations 1993\n38.80\n41.70\nE. Sampling fees\nFee for sampling or re sampling of a seed lot for the purposes of an official examination and for sampling or re sampling imported seed intended for further multiplication\n30.90\n33.20\nF.
