Initial fees\nInitial fee per hectare or part thereof for crops intended to produce:–\n(i) pre basic seed or basic seed\n27.15\n29.20\n(ii) certified seed or certified seed of the first generation, certified seed of the second generation, certified seed of the third generation and commercial seed\n12.95\n13.90\nB. Crop inspection fee\nFee for the official examination or re examination of crops intended to produce pre basic seed, basic seed, certified seed or certified seed of the first generation, certified seed of the second generation , certified seed of the third generation and commercial seed per hectare or part thereof examined\n12.30\n13.20\nC. Seed lot fee\nFee for the issue of an official certificate (other than in the circumstances described under D below) in respect of a seed lot entered as:–\n(i) breeders seed, pre basic seed or basic seed\n49.30\n53.00\n(ii) certified seed or certified seed of the first generation, certified seed of the second generation, certified seed of the third generation and commercial seed\n49.30\n53.00\nD. Seed lot re entry fee\nFee for the issue of an official certificate in respect of a seed lot which was entered for one category and has been withdrawn and is being re entered as: pre-basic seed, basic seed, certified seed or certified seed of the first generation, certified seed of the second generation, certified seed of the third generation and commercial seed\n34.50\n37.10\nE. Sampling fees\nFee for sampling or re sampling of a seed lot for the purposes of an official examination and for sampling or re sampling imported seed intended for further multiplication\n30.90\n33.20\nF.
