  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order confirms a Scheme submitted by the Environment Agency making provision for—\n(a) the reconstitution of the Selby Area Internal Drainage Board so that the number of elected members is reduced from 26 elected members to 10 elected members, and\n(b) that the number of electoral divisions of the Selby Area Internal Drainage District is reduced from five electoral divisions to one electoral division.\nThe map showing the area of the Selby Area Internal Drainage District (map entitled “Selby IDB Boundary Map”) is available for inspection at the Environment Agency, Coverdale House, Aviator Court, Amy Johnson Way, Clifton Moor, York, YO30 4GZ.\nAn impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary sector is foreseen.",
