# The Selby Area Internal Drainage District Order 2017, Paragraph 2

Extent: E+W

In this Scheme—
“the Selby Internal Drainage Board” means the internal drainage board constituted by the Yorkshire Water Authority (Selby Area Internal Drainage District) Order 1976 (S.I. 1976/568) (“the 1976 Order”);
“the Selby Area Internal Drainage District” means the Internal Drainage District constituted by the 1976 Order, shown edged green on the map entitled ‘Selby IDB Boundary Map’, which can be inspected at the Environment Agency, Coverdale House, Aviator Court, Amy Johnson Way, Clifton Moor, York, YO30 4GZ;
“the commencement date” means the date on which this Scheme comes into force;
“elected members” means those members of the Selby Area Internal Drainage Board who are appointed pursuant to paragraph 3(i) of the 1976 Order;
“property” includes books of account, other books, deeds, maps, papers and other documents, in whatever medium held, and computer and other electronic records;
“rights and obligations” means all rights, powers, duties (including statutory powers and duties), obligations and liabilities.
