  "text": "Paragraph 3(iii) of the Scheme confirmed by the 1976 Order which provides that the Selby Internal Drainage District will be divided into five electoral districts (known as ‘Electoral Divisions’) will cease to have effect from the commencement date, such that the Selby Internal Drainage District will, from the commencement date, be comprised of one electoral division called the ‘Selby Area Internal Drainage Division’.",
