# The Self-directed Support (Direct Payments) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2015, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Self-directed Support (Direct Payments) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2015 and come into force on 2nd October 2015.
