# The Self-directed Support (Direct Payments) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2018, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Self-directed Support (Direct Payments) (Scotland) Regulations 2014


(1) The Self-directed Support (Direct Payments) (Scotland) Regulations 2014 are amended as follows:—
(a) in regulation 3A(2)(a) for the words “3(4) of the Act” substitute “24 of the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016”; and
(b) regulation 3A(2)(b) is revoked.
