  "text": "(1) In these Regulations—\n“the Act” means the Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013; and\n“direct payment user” means a person who has chosen Option 1 or, so far as relating to that option, Option 4 under section 5, 7 or 8 of the Act.\n(2) Any reference in these Regulations to a numbered “Option” is to one of the options for self-directed support in section 4 (options for self-directed support) of the Act.",
