# Self-Governing Schools etc. (Scotland) Act 1989, Section 79: Expenses.


There shall be defrayed out of money provided by Parliament—
(a) any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State under this Act; and
(b) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable under any other Act out of money so provided.
