# The Senedd Cymru Constituency Regulations 2025, Regulation 5: Electoral Registers


Each electoral registration officer must re-arrange or adapt the register of local government electors maintained under section 9(1)(b) and (5A) of the Representation of People Act 1983, as required to give effect to these Regulations.
