# The Senedd Cymru (Disqualification) Order 2025, Article 1: Title and coming into force

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The title of this Order is the Senedd Cymru (Disqualification) Order 2025.
(2) It comes into force on 13th November 2025 but articles 2 and 3 only have effect for the purposes of a Senedd Cymru election at which the poll is held on or after 6th April 2026.
