# The Senedd Cymru (Disqualification) Order 2025, Article 2: Designation of disqualifying offices

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The offices described in the Schedule are designated as offices held by a person, or persons, that disqualifies that person, or those persons, from being a Member of the Senedd.
(2) In this Article, “offices” has the same meaning as in section 16(5) of the Government of Wales Act 2006.
